FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky State football will not play in the St. Louis Heritage Football Classic after the event was cancelled.
Low ticket sales forced BCSG 360, who is the nation's largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community, Kentucky State and Lincoln University to mutually agree to cancel the game which was set for November 23.
Kentucky State will try to fill its schedule with another game but there is little time to do so. They're only openings are November 16th and 23rd.
The Thorobreds return home to Frankfort on Saturday at 1:00 PM to face Edward Waters in their final home game of the season.
