A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of central and eastern Kentucky. Light snow will fall during the pre-dawn hours. As temperatures continue to rise, snow will mix with or change over to light freezing rain, before ending as light rain around lunchtime.
Snowfall accumulation of a trace up to an inch along with a glaze of ice will be possible. Surface temperatures remain very cold so whatever falls will stick. Anticipate slick conditions during the morning commute.
