LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — A Grayson County man is celebrating a big win with a $3,700 check after he set a new record at the Kentucky State Fair with a 1,882.4-pound pumpkin, according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
The man, identified as Josh Monin of Caneyville, not only won Kentucky State Fair's Largest Pumpkin contest, but he set the state's fair record, ultimately winning $3,764.80 from the large fruit.
